I have greatly enjoyed doing business at Gosch Ford Temecula for the past 7 years. I arrived the at the dealership for my scheduled appointment to have all four tires replaced before heading to the Mojave Desert. Unfortunately, the tires had not arrived. Immediately, Samantha, placed me in a super nice and comfortable rental car at no charge. Samantha apologized for the inconvenience and stated my safety was her main concern and felt better knowing I would be safe. I am still in awe with Samantha's exceptional customer service, I can't stop thinking about it.
