I came to this Ford dealer with an urgent service request to replace all 4 of my tires and alignment, one of my tires had blown out and the remaining tires were due for replacement. I had the car towed and d to replace all 4 of my tires and alignment, one of my tires had blown out and the remaining tires were due for replacement. I had the car towed and dropped off after the service department closed and returned the next morning when the service department opened. Kenn Olson promptly assisted me, he acknowledged my service requests, had the tires ordered from San Diego, and had the vehicle road ready before 4:00 pm. I would highly recommend this service department and Kenn Olson. More
