RACHELLE LONG SAID THAT SHE WAS GOING TO BILL THE EXTENDED WARRANTY COMPANY/INSURANCE CO ON MY BEHALF. $2065.38 WAS PAID BY THE WARRANTY WHICH COVERED RACHELLE LONG SAID THAT SHE WAS GOING TO BILL THE EXTENDED WARRANTY COMPANY/INSURANCE CO ON MY BEHALF. $2065.38 WAS PAID BY THE WARRANTY WHICH COVERED THE REPLACEMENT OF THE FRONT LOWER CONTROL ARMS, STRUTS AND BEARINGS, SHOCK ABSORBER AND 5 DAYS OF A RENTAL VEHICLE. IF RACHELLE HAD NOT GONE TO THAT EXTRA EFFORT, THIS PAYMENT WOULD HAVE HAD TO COME OUT OF MY POCKET. Great service. Very concerned and helpful staff 2014 Escape in for intermittent overheating issue. After checking into the many possibilities it appeared the issue was resolved when a small crack in 2014 Escape in for intermittent overheating issue. After checking into the many possibilities it appeared the issue was resolved when a small crack in the bottle was found. After a test drive by the service dept., which produced no more issues, I picked up the car and drove home. The next day I took out the car and the overheating problem was still there. Brought the car back in and thru further examination it was discovered there was a bad connection to the cooling fan. This was fixed and the car runs fine. The problem was I now had 2 charges. Since the first charge didn’t fix the problem, Gosch service associate Ken Olson stepped up and only charged me for the visit that fixed the problem. My thanks to Ken Olson and service manager Grant who went above and beyond to make me feel important to Gosch. I’ve worked with Ken Olson before and he is everything one could want as a service associate. He’s the best. More
