KENN OLSON VERY HELPFUL I called Kenn to tell him that I had lost my Owner's Manual for my car, and to ask if he could tell me where I could get a replacement. He said that I called Kenn to tell him that I had lost my Owner's Manual for my car, and to ask if he could tell me where I could get a replacement. He said that he would be able to provide one for me. When I asked how much it would cost......he said there would be no charge and that he would have it available for me the next day! Now that's service! For many years, my husband had taken our cars to Kenn for service.. He passed away in November, and now that I will be having to do this, I'm very grateful to have Kenn to go to. All this car maintenance "stuff" is new to me! More
