When the job was done, I anticipated my truck to run well; but, I did not expect it to run like it did when I first drove it off the lot 16 years ago! The engine purrs; no more shaking during idle, the clutch is smoother, horsepower restored. Cameron’s customer service was exceptional! Cameron was in consistent communication with the Ford auto techs and me throughout the entire process. Through voice message and text (yes, text) he consistently kept me updated on the progress of my truck. His knowledge in mechanics also appreciated. He went over the results of the multi-point inspection and let me know what was available for tires for the vehicle. Overall a great service experience made more so by Kenn Olson. More
