Definitely not customer oriented I went in for two recalls on my 2015 F-150. I asked the service adviser to have my headlights looked at, as they were very dim and also pointed way t I went in for two recalls on my 2015 F-150. I asked the service adviser to have my headlights looked at, as they were very dim and also pointed way too far down. I was called when the work was done, and the adviser stated that the technician said "they couldn't be adjusted, and if you need something done with your headlights, we recommend an aftermarket product but nothing can be done here".?? First of all, I know darn well that any headlight has an adjustment feature. Second, if this dealership was savvy, they could've recommended that they install LED replacement lamps and I would have paid quite a bit more than I ended up paying, just because of the convenience factor. I was flat-out lied to about the adjustment and that does not sit well with me at all. I ended up going to an independent garage who showed me in 10 seconds how the headlights get adjusted... and they installed new LED's which have radically changed the experience of driving at night in my truck. My dad had a similar experience with this dealership in their service department (was lied to about a battery being almost completely drained, when in fact, it was checked by two other locations which said there was plenty of life left in the battery). Even though I've never bought a vehicle here, I now never will because of this incident with the service department. More

Hit and miss If I had to pick between you and Elsinore, you win. Been considering trying out Hemet, but too far, but may ne worth it. It quit going to Goach originally cause I had to keep bringing my vehicle in for exhaust and engine light and to this day I still have the issue. I have trust issues.mainly due to Elsinore damaging my vehicle and fixing it with used parts. They ended up repairing it properly, but took me taking my car back and forth too many times to count and it was always that way. So was looking for change when I returned back to Gosch this last time and I explained that situation and how 8 was feeling as a customer, to David that is a very nice man as well as Ken has always been really good, but horrible at returning phone calls. I havent really had too many issues with my truck, but the ones I do have never seem to get fixed. Well David turned out to be one that I struggled with, but wanted to discuss my situation with Ken because David seemed like a knowledgable nice man, but when things with my vehicle changed after my last visit without being contacted by David or having detailed notes of changes on my report when I picked up my vehicle that had my warranty company questioning what had been done with my vehicle, When I questioned David in regards to what had been done, he was very vague and said that he had was talking mechanic and that I misunderstood. I know what was said and i did not mis understand and once again began to lose trust and that is why I have given you a 3 cause I never got a call back from Kevin and feel that I was given BS information. I want to go somewhere I can trust. More
