Wasn't perfect, but still a 5 I took my Transit van in to have a rear door latch fixed. They had to order the part. A few days later they called that the part was in so I made an appointment. When they went to install the part, the part was defective. My service advisor, Trevor, arranged for me to have a rental car and had my part overnighted. My van was fixed by 1pm the next day. Rental car covered by the dealer = great customer service. I will definitely be returning to this location for all of my future service needs. More

He was able to have a couple Ford discounts applied for the work done - total was slightly less than suggested, which was appreciated. Phenomenal Service from Mr. Kenn Olson If you ever go to this dealership you must ask for Mr. Olson! He did an amazing job fixing the leaks on my transmission. I took this vehicle to two different ford dealerships in San Diego and both failed to correct the issue. One dealership took the vehicle for a week but did not correct the problem. Gosch Temecula took it for couple of days and boom everything is corrected. Mr. Olson was so on point and very professional. He explained what the problem was and the process of how they corrected it. Thank you Ford Family and Hooyah to the service team!! More
