Google the engine tick issue for the 2018 mustang gt if you're curious. Far more than enough cases of the short block, sometimes longblock, cam phasers or pistons being replaced, to name some examples, that a dealership should fight for you to at least have a full on inspection done. Break things down and physically inspect internally. After picking the car up I was told I would be getting a call in the AM regarding if they could do anything further. No call in the AM.....Three voicemails and two days later I got fed up and just physically went to the dealership where I got into an altercation and was told it's normal and to try another dealership or open a case number. Decent Service was great and everyone was very nice! However, my truck was returned extremely dirty and with baked on water spots. Her estimates are always accurate and she has never tried to oversell. She ALWAYS returns calls in a timely fashion But the thing I appreciate anout her the most is her ATTIDUDE! She is always upbeat, she always has a smile on her face and she is always pleasant and respectfull no matter how busy she is. If Rachelle ever goes to another Ford dealer, I’d take my car to her for service. More
