Aldo has returned all my questions that I had through emails in a prompt fashion. When he was off for a couple days his coworker Linda answered his emails for him. I had a master shield protection done yesterday and Aldo was quick to offer a loaner vehicle for my use. I was unable to deal with other dealers in the area as far as price and have had bad experiences with their service departments. One gentleman came outside to inquire if we needed help, when we told him we were just looking for now he immediately told us to feel free and if we needed any assistance he would be inside. It was amazing not to feel pushed around or bombarded with sales talk! Everyone we dealt with was so relaxed and positive. It didn't take us long to decide we wanted to take our business to Willie Racine's! Ultimately, Aldo B. was the guy that sealed the deal. He took us on a great test drive and answered all of our questions. During the actual purchasing experience Aldo kept things calm and upbeat, making the day not one of stress, but rather fun!
