Delightfully surprised with great service at Willy Racine's! We often have not had good experiences shopping for cars in town. Willy's changed that for us last week when we purchased our new 2016 Jeep Cherokee! We often have not had good experiences shopping for cars in town. Willy's changed that for us last week when we purchased our new 2016 Jeep Cherokee! We met the salesman in the parking lot (Scott), and drove away completely satisfied two hours later. Scott answered all of our questions, really cared about what we wanted, and was able to provide it! The finance guy (forgot his name) was awesome too! Both he, and Scott stayed well after hours in order for us to sign paperwork and be able to take our Jeep home that night. I would definitely recommend Scott as a wonderful person to work with if you are in the market for a new car. He worked for us to get us into the right car at the right deal. Thanks Scott! More

She found incentives for my lease that totaled almost 20% of the MSRP (This is year end. no doubt that doesn't happen every day(. Importantly they located a vehicle in transit that fit my wants to a T. There were no surprises at any point in the transaction. I was very happy with Willie Racine's Jeep with the last car. Their service department took great care of my vehicle and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need or want. One great policy they have is that the salesperson remains one's point of contact for all post delivery needs. I started online and unlike most of the sites that I went to they actually listed the prices of vehicles to include the discounts right up front. I couldn't find another website that listed discounts after taking off the rebates. After an online inquiry I got a call from the salesman that was assigned to me and that was Paul Poltz. He did everything he could to go above and beyond to get more out of my trade and get me the best deal possible. He answered all of my questions and didn't pressure me to get any deals done right away. Once I finally decided to purchase my truck even the finance manager was looking out for me and got me an even better financing that I had found on my own. They really made it easy for me to get my truck and I love it. I have already referred two other people who have also bought trucks from Paul. More

I did not make my decision until the following week, and only after I had gone to two other dealerships, which I knew very quickly that I would not be buying a vehicle from them. Patrick felt that I was important enough to follow-up on the following week, and that day I was picking up my new Jeep Cherokee. All of the staff at Willie Racines were so friendly and helpful.
