Vehicle Purchase I needed to purchase a newer van (owned a 2004) & started to shop on the web. I was referred to Goss Dodge/Chrysler by a friend. I found one particular that was what I was looking for, so filled out the credit application online that evening. I had a call the very next day to let me know that they had received my information & would get back to me. I got another call later in the day to let me know that they had found financing for me (I had less than perfect credit) & would I like to come in & check out the van. I went to the dealership, met Steve Sholes, who was a great help. He answered my questions & understood what I was looking for. I ended up purchasing a different van than I had been interested in, but it is perfect. Goss Dodge/Chrysler & Steve Sholes made this whole purchasing process happen in a timely fashion, and worked within my budget - I would recommend Goss Dodge/Chrysler & Steve Sholes without hesitation. He directed me to specific pages on the website to help them evaluate my trade, sent me the link to the financing info, then followed up with a list of vehicles that met my requirements. I drove in that afternoon, test drove the vehicle and signed the paperwork. They even gave me more for my trade then originally anticipated! This is my second time purchase / leasing a car from Steven LaClaire and I still vow that I will never buy another car from anyone else! I did shop around but no one could beat the price and quality of customer service. Steven did everything he could to stick within my budget and even go lower than what I had thought was possible. He treated me with the utmost respect and gave me his honest opinions even, if went against what I thought I “needed”. He didn’t try to sell me the most expensive car I could qualify for. I felt like he really had my interest at heart unlike most greedy car salesman. When it came to the actual purchasing of the car it only took like 15 minutes! He was so organized and had everything nicely laid out and highlighted. He had an answer for every question and was extremely knowledgeable. I felt reassured and comfortable which to me is sooooo important. Being a 19 year old female going car shopping on her own you can bet I received the “typical get her in and get her out because she is a young female who doesn’t know anything” treatment. Steven took his time with me and laughed at my jokes even though we both knew they weren't funny. He really went out of his way for me and he felt more like a mentor not a car salesman. He found the best fit for me and I couldn't have asked for anything more in my car.
