Bad first impression that you will not able to earn back First time dealing with this deal / salesman / sales manager and will be the last. We were interested in 2018 Pilot EX / EX-L. Matthew pushed hard to First time dealing with this deal / salesman / sales manager and will be the last. We were interested in 2018 Pilot EX / EX-L. Matthew pushed hard to have us look at their left over 2017 Elite line. He repeatedly said those were on deep discount and would be compatible price wise with the 2018 lower trim. After a day of consideration, we inquired about the price for 2017 cars, and surprise surprise, they were $10K more. I asked for an explanation as I wanted to hear the guy out, all he said was that's their final price. Well, bye. More

Appointments are useless I came in for brake change and I was outside in a flood of car waiting to be taken in. My appointment was at 7am. I did not talk to a representative u I came in for brake change and I was outside in a flood of car waiting to be taken in. My appointment was at 7am. I did not talk to a representative until 7:50am! During that time , I heard 3 staff members complain about customers who were upset about the excessive wait. They were bad mouthing customers rather than working, it is completely unprofessional. I am super upset that I made an appointment but it was worthless, it’s a first come first serve system. They was no system for people with appointments. The supervisor showed up at the center at 730 and the workers finally started working. I don’t think this intake system is working. The representative who finally helped me was very friendly. More
