Even though I had an appointment and was there 15 mins. early they serviced everybody around me except me and after waiting over an hour with nobody helping me I started to complain. The first guy said I d early they serviced everybody around me except me and after waiting over an hour with nobody helping me I started to complain. The first guy said I don’t know I just work here so I asked for the manager who said a number was given when I first got there and I was actually next but it’s been over an hour and all these cars that came after me have already been helped, how can these cars that came after me receive a number before my number plus I had an appointment and I ONLY got help when I complained, now all of a sudden I’m next. It made NO sense to me. The service to my car went faster then expected, unsure if what was suppose to be done to my car was even done. I don’t know but at the Pasadena Honda where I’ve also got my car serviced the experience was excellent, here at the Alhambra Honda the experience especially in customer service was disappointing and unsatisfactory. I don’t want to get my car serviced here again. I still think their sales team is good but not the service dept. More
