The service is great. I go there regularly for car service. The only thing is you need to install heaters at the service department for the sake of your employees. They meet with customers at their service desks near a wide entrance. It is chilly, sometimes windy in winter. That was the case last Thursday. Even we I feel it. Imagine these employees doing their diligent work bringing in business for the dealership. There is an enclosed area for people doing paperwork behind the high counter. You need to consider similar setup for the employees who interact directly with us, serving our needs.This is true for the hot summer days also. I told Andre Asheghian I would tell management the work situation he experiences and also many others nice guys who worked with me previously. My name is Henry Tse. When it was ready I saw the guy bring it down & gestured to the advisor- he had said it would be ready in 10 minutes. He said "I have to do the paperwork" - why didn't he do it when it was nearly ready? This is a man who resents his job; I refuse to have him again if he is still there; the parking attenddn waqws more friendly & courteous More

Always a great experience at Goudy. We have our 4th vehicle from Goudy and we always use the service Dept. For all our needs Dane took great care of us was very through and explained We have our 4th vehicle from Goudy and we always use the service Dept.
