Horrible experience. Every time I bring my car to get it serviced my panels are misplaced or put on wrong, and they try to up sell me. " Oh Mr. Soto, you need blinker flu Every time I bring my car to get it serviced my panels are misplaced or put on wrong, and they try to up sell me. " Oh Mr. Soto, you need blinker fluid for 850.00 right now or your car is going to break." The final and last time I ever came back here they didn't bolt my splash guard back on. My wife brought it back and I noticed the bottom scrapping. I wrote back to Wilson Yu and he never wrote back. Check your vehicle before leaving this place. More

Took my Pilot in for a recall on the hood latch. Had to wait a while at check in, but a service person kept me abreast of where I was in the line and apologized for the delay. Even though I had an appointment and was there 15 mins. early they serviced everybody around me except me and after waiting over an hour with nobody helping me I started to complain. The first guy said I d early they serviced everybody around me except me and after waiting over an hour with nobody helping me I started to complain. The first guy said I don’t know I just work here so I asked for the manager who said a number was given when I first got there and I was actually next but it’s been over an hour and all these cars that came after me have already been helped, how can these cars that came after me receive a number before my number plus I had an appointment and I ONLY got help when I complained, now all of a sudden I’m next. It made NO sense to me. The service to my car went faster then expected, unsure if what was suppose to be done to my car was even done. I don’t know but at the Pasadena Honda where I’ve also got my car serviced the experience was excellent, here at the Alhambra Honda the experience especially in customer service was disappointing and unsatisfactory. I don’t want to get my car serviced here again. I still think their sales team is good but not the service dept. More
