Great Customer Service I came in for regular service and was assisted by Dane Ishii. I mentioned that I had an extended warranty through Century. In addition to the service I came in for regular service and was assisted by Dane Ishii. I mentioned that I had an extended warranty through Century. In addition to the service there were a few items that they found needed repair. Dane contacted the warranty company and worked with getting the authorization. The company is located in a different time zone and repairs usually need to be made at another Honda dealer. Dane worked through the process with the extended warranty company and they submitted payment for the extra repairs. More

The Best Service I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Rick assisted me right away. He was very friendly and helpful in explaining all the information I neede I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Rick assisted me right away. He was very friendly and helpful in explaining all the information I needed. Chastity also helped me out a lot by giving me everything I needed at a good price! They are both really helpful and made me feel very welcomed. They answered all my questions with no problem. When I was waiting, Rick came to me and let me know what’s going on with my car and he even made a few recommendations that would help me out in the future. He was very honest and explained everything so well. After the service was done, Rick made sure all my questions were answered. Overall I had a great experience here. If you’re gonna get service done here, ask for Rick or Chastity! More
Disappointed I came in today to get my air-mix motor and air conditioning checked on my 2007 Honda Pilot. I was hearing a whirring sound coming from my center cons I came in today to get my air-mix motor and air conditioning checked on my 2007 Honda Pilot. I was hearing a whirring sound coming from my center console and the air conditioner was producing warm air at 69 degrees. The advisor at the express service referred me to a technician from the service side, Omar, who would handle my problem. I was there at 830 am. After speaking to a mechanic, Omar said they will do a diagnostics on my air conditioning and have my vehicle ready by noon. At around 12 pm, Omar called me and said the mechanic, or technician, needed another hour to complete the diagnostics. At around 1:15 pm, Omar called me and said they were down a number of technicians and asked if I can pick up my vehicle by 4pm. I complied, and when I got there, Omar and the technician who did the diagnostic said that the"freon" for the air conditioning is low and needs to be flushed and replaced---at another time. So I got charged $129 for diagnostics, after I paid over $400 the day before for an oil change and power steering and transmission flush and air filter change. And I have to pay $220 for them to correct my air conditioning problem. All this after my vehicle was sidelined for more than 8 hours at Goudy Honda. I have never had this type of bad service for my other vehicle, which is a Toyota Tundra. And they're just across the street. I am clearly not impressed, much less satisfied. I'm already down over $500 dollars, and my problem is not fixed. As a sidebar, Omar kept sighing when I was explaining my my problem with my vehicle and did not seem fazed when I mentioned to him that the service I am getting is under par. He seemed like he did not care one way or another if I was a customer. He was aloof and sounded insincere when my diagnostics kept getting postponed. Bad customer service. I did not have that problem with Daissy from yesterday or with Connie from service who, per Omar, is currently at the Pasadena Honda. Maybe I should go visit her to get my air conditioning fixed properly at the Pasadena Honda. Even if it is out of the way for me. More

Awesome service as always David was very helpful. Fast service. I dropped off my car for an oil change around 8am and it was ready by 10am.
