Bought a used 2023 Honda Pilot with 24,000 miles for my wife. Everything appeared well on the test drive. On the way home I noticed a suspension noise in the front end. Since the car still had a factory w wife. Everything appeared well on the test drive. On the way home I noticed a suspension noise in the front end. Since the car still had a factory warranty I made an appointment with Honda as Graff is over an hour from my house. Once I brought it to Honda they informed me that the passenger side front strut was bent along with the lower control arm. He then showed me all of the undercarriage damage to the vehicle including huge dents in the exhaust system. When we called Graff Toyota they told us that their technician inspected the vehicle and that damage wasn’t there. I explained that there was already rust forming on some of the deep scratches is the subframe and that this damage has been here prior to our purchase. They refused to do anything about it. I am not out $1500 in repairs and still have to address the exhaust system. Not to mention all the plastic under panels that are destroyed. I would not recommend doing business here. More
