When Bosak purchased the dealership, we were unhappy with the service. So far, the service we received from Graff Toyota has been very good. We are pleased that they purchased the dealership and use today's technology to enhance communication with the customer for service. We really like the change so far and plan to continue our Toyota experience with them in the future. More

Brought Toyota in for a battery-related recall. They tried to send me home with a check engine light on, which wasn’t on prior to service, and four wheel drive not operating. It turned into a horri They tried to send me home with a check engine light on, which wasn’t on prior to service, and four wheel drive not operating. It turned into a horrible hassle getting them to deal with these problems, rather than sending me home with them. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I was considering purchasing a new Toyota, but due to this visit, it won’t be from them. More

Wasn't as friendly as the previous owner didn't go over inspection of vehicle only tires. Came home and my windshield wiper fluid was totally empty even though it said on the receipt they filled it so disa inspection of vehicle only tires.
