Terrible communication throughout the process. Online purchase so don't feel like I am being treated the same. Never sent copies of signed papers. I had to ask and finally sent pdf. I was scammed and lied to and they sold me a car that was unsafe to drive. The financial department didn’t even go through my financing paperwork with me at all. They denied me from purchasing an extended wa unsafe to drive. The financial department didn’t even go through my financing paperwork with me at all. They denied me from purchasing an extended warranty the car was filthy it was not clean nor detailed at all. How they did me there should be serious repercussions. More
