Paid for oil change and tire rotation. Marked tires, they did not rotate tires as required. Thats 3 times now this dealership hasn't done their job. Last oil change you broke my engine cover, didn't tell me, now want me to pay to replace it. Graf is NOT providing the inspection of vehicles such as brakes, tread on tires ect. Absolutely pitiful compared to when it was Lakeshore Toyota where they even took videos of inspection and sent to customers. Toyota in merrillville still does this. Graff taking over has now lead to sad quality and once I finish my oil change package I will NOT be returning to this dealership. More
