Everyone I worked with there was knowledgeable, and it was great to have an experience where our salesman and the finance manager had time to talk to us and we didn't have to wait in line to get one answer at a time (a common Denver Dealer problem due to the resource loading and crowds). We purchased a used Passat and had to travel on the day of the purchase through a winter storm. The dealer's service department got snow tires on the car and we were ready to go before the dealership opened on the day we bought the car. Pricing was very fair with the market, which was unexpected. 1000% will come back to GJ VW. Ask for Butch and Adam. More
