The entire, no pressure experience was handled professionally, with humor, and in a way that made the experience enjoyable. Apart from Duane’s expert knowledge of his “products”, and his truly personal (yet, not in-your-face Customer Service), we were fortunate to meet Christina Sehler in Service (and arrange for our first service appointment), and to have Adam Reynolds “close the deal” in the finance department. Adam, too, was extremely knowledgeable, explained his part quickly yet in perfect detail, and contributed significantly to our overall appreciation of Grand Junction Volkswagen. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership, and heartily recommend it to others who are in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
