It was so awesome we decided to go back a second time. We looked high and low and at different dealerships. Everyone kept telling us no or that we NEEDED to make a down payment. We are very self aware and know what our credit looks like, we also know what a reasonable expectation is for us and know when we are being bullied. We didn’t like it, after that we were done and went back to BJ where we were treated with respect. BJ and Adam have given us the best TWO car buying experiences we are so satisfied and will return to them when we need another car. Thank you everyone at Volkswagen for the help! More
