First Time Buyer I had a great experience since the moment I stepped on the lot. I was not planning to buy any time soon, I was just simply driving around to different I had a great experience since the moment I stepped on the lot. I was not planning to buy any time soon, I was just simply driving around to different dealerships seeing what type of cars and prices where out there. I did not want to get pressured in by a "typical salesman". Adam Arellanes happened to approach my husband, and shared with him some quick info about what he could do for us, gave my husband his card & we were on our way, with still no intention of buying a car any time soon. A few days later I received a voicemail from Adam Arellanes asking if I had any questions about any cars on the lot or if there was anything he could help us out with. I did not call back, but decided to look at the inventory of cars online. I came across 3 cars that I thought would fit my needs well. The following weekend I received another voicemail from Adam Arellanes. Another week had went by and I figured I should go look at the 3 cars I was considering, since Adam was very helpful and not pushy like the "typical salesman". I went, looked at the cars I was interested in, & ended up test driving the 2016 Ford Fusion, which I fell in love with right away. Adam gave me all the Carfax about the car as well as telling me about all of the features. Me, being a first time buyer I was very hesitant when it came to running my credit trying for a loan.. I thought it was never going to happen any time soon. But, I trusted this dealership because for once I did not get a bad vibe. We sat down, filled out a pre-credit app, and a bank had came back with a loan within an hour. We had got approved for a GREAT loan as well as a GREAT deal on the car! Adam had great communication with us the whole time. We then filled out the financing paperwork with Sean Cholas. He happily answered all of my million questions about the APR, Gap insurance, Payments, etc., as well as informing us first time buyers about everything that we needed to know. He could not have been anymore helpful. I had such a great experience at this dealership, they definitely changed my views on salesman! I will spread the good word & they will have my business in the future! More
