Great experience I stumbled on to this car lot, thinking they would not have anything I would like. Duane immediately came over as I started to look at one vehicle. The first thing he did was ask if I had worked with any other salesperson. He didn't want to take a commission from someone. I really appreciated that. Duane took time to help me and when I said I had an appointment, he suggested I take the vehicle to my appointment so I could try it out. Initially we were not very close on an agreed price, but everyone worked very hard to help me come up with a payment I was comfortable with. Duane and every other person at Grand Junction Volkswagen was very professional and friendly. They were very interested in my business, but not high pressure. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Best Car Buying Experience! I started my car shopping experience with only having a limited amount of time each day to do so. I popped into the dealership 3 different times and o I started my car shopping experience with only having a limited amount of time each day to do so. I popped into the dealership 3 different times and only had a few minutes. They were great in helping me find the perfect vehicle. They listened to exactly what I needed and didn't try and persuade me in any other direction than what my needs were. I had stopped in at other dealerships in town and the experience was night and day. I wanted to purchase a vehicle at VW just for how awesome all the guys were with helping me and really listening to what I wanted vs what they wanted to sell me. I would recommend everyone look into buying from them even if you're not in the market for a VW, they had a large selection of vehicles to choose from. They will always be my first stop when looking for a vehicle in the future and my first recommendation for anyone else! More

Recomendation for Duane Blair In the course of looking for a vehicle to replace a totaled vehicle, I encountered MANY salespeople at many dealerships, including this one that didn' In the course of looking for a vehicle to replace a totaled vehicle, I encountered MANY salespeople at many dealerships, including this one that didn't LISTEN when they asked what I was looking for. Duane stood out from 95% of the others in that he heard & understood what I was trying to accomplish and we were able to make a deal that I felt was fair for both myself & the dealership. I can verify that shopping for a vehicle is far down the list of my favorite things to do but Duane made the experience refreshing. We were driven to leave several dealerships almost at a run due to salespeople who thought they knew my needs better than I , including one or 2 at this dealership. Shopping and buying experience. We purchased a used Honda from Jesse and are very happy with the car. We were then in the market for a new vehicle and we were considering 4 brands wi We purchased a used Honda from Jesse and are very happy with the car. We were then in the market for a new vehicle and we were considering 4 brands with the Jetta being one. We ended up selecting another brand. We came in on jesses day off and Adam helped us with that test drive etc. When I told Adam we purchased another vehicle he did not speak negatively about the car we bought even tho it wasn't a VW. We talked a little more about being in the market for another used vehicle in the next few months and we said we would definitely contact them when we were ready. And I feel I should say we did not buy the VW partly due to what all has gone on corporately with the emissions stuff and most recently the door key code issue. More
