⚠️ WARNING: Unsafe Repairs, Fraudulent Practices, & Total Loss — Avoid Grand Prairie Ford ⚠️ I will never return to Grand Prairie Ford, and I strongly urge others to stay away — especially from thei Total Loss — Avoid Grand Prairie Ford ⚠️ I will never return to Grand Prairie Ford, and I strongly urge others to stay away — especially from their Collision Center. After a not-at-fault accident on March 7, 2025, I brought my 2022 Mustang GT Premium (low mileage, under factory warranty, no prior issues) to Grand Prairie Ford for repairs. I chose them based on my prior experience with routine maintenance — but that trust was completely violated. What I expected was professional, honest service. What I got was negligence, deception, and dangerously unsafe repairs. My car was returned to me twice — once in late March and again in early April — still visibly and mechanically unsafe. Critical issues were left unresolved, including: Structural/frame damage with a damage score of 65-113-30, never disclosed and never repaired A damaged steering column that was never replaced Seatbelt system left uninspected Safety system calibration ignored Crash-damaged parts reused but billed to insurance as new OEM Sloppy, mismatched paint and poor craftsmanship throughout And most shocking: they replaced the undamaged passenger fender to cover alignment issues on the driver side — a fraudulent, undisclosed repair not part of the original scope I only discovered the full extent of the problem after taking the vehicle to an independent third-party shop, which confirmed all of the above — declaring the vehicle unsafe to drive. When I raised these concerns with Grand Prairie Ford, I was met with deflection and silence. Collision Center Manager Jon Parker offered only a vague apology for my "dissatisfaction." Managing Partner John Poe ignored every email and call. There was zero accountability. Because of Grand Prairie Ford’s actions, the vehicle was eventually declared a total loss — directly confirming the third-party findings and proving their repair work was not just incompetent, but dangerous. 🛑 Worse still? There are multiple complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) describing similar issues. This isn’t an isolated incident — it’s a pattern. ✅ I’ve filed formal complaints with the Texas Department of Insurance, BBB, Texas Attorney General, and DMV. All supporting documents and evidence have been submitted. 🚫 If you value your safety, your investment, or even just basic honesty — stay far away from Grand Prairie Ford. They put lives at risk and refuse to take responsibility for it. More

Make sure that if you’re going to buy a car you tell them to show you the break down of the total out the door before you sign ANYTHING!. The car I bought was $39900 and I made a mistake by trusting that the to show you the break down of the total out the door before you sign ANYTHING!. The car I bought was $39900 and I made a mistake by trusting that they were only going to add the taxes and necessary fees because they were talking to me like real friends so I signed everything with out the finance guy actually explaining to me what I was signing and the total that it came out be was $54000 but I didn’t find out until the next day that I was at home looking through the paperwork. They also lied to me about the interest rate they had told me that it was 9% but in reality it was 5.8% but they told me 9% so they could add all the extra fees to get the payment up to what they had told it was going to be but in reality it should’ve been less. So don’t trust nothing these people say to you and don’t sign nothing with out actually looking through the paperwork. WORST experience I’ve ever had at a dealership, previous dealerships I’ve been to are honest and transparent. Not this guys! More
This dealership adds on dealer add on in addition to the advertised and agreed upon sales price despite that being an illegal practice by the federal trade commission. I have filed a formal complaint. After advertised and agreed upon sales price despite that being an illegal practice by the federal trade commission. I have filed a formal complaint. After submitting a poor survey from my experience with the dealership, they fraudulently submitted information to ford rewards that my vehicle sale was cancelled. More
