They told me twice that I was approved and yes sir, drive right over and the deal is done only to discover once again that no, they can’t help me, I guess we did not ask enough questions on the phone they said? Keep in mind this is after they called me and said…yes sir, there is nothing that can go wrong, you have sent us everything we need and you are 100 percent approved. Believe me, the deal will never be done here, if this was the only dealership left in the world I would just buy a horse. Complete inconsiderate failures. More

TERRIBLE Service! I bought a Jeep and part of the package was 5 brand new tires. The service department made an error and over inflated two of my tires. By the time I g I bought a Jeep and part of the package was 5 brand new tires. The service department made an error and over inflated two of my tires. By the time I got home, those tires were ruined. I called the dealership and they bounced my calls around to different departments and after talking to 3 managers, they refused to do anything about it. Remember that I just spent $30,000 with them and the tires were hazardous. All I was asking for was $300 to replace the two ruined tires and they were beyond disrespectful. DO NOT buy from them. More
