This would have been a 5 star rating had it not been for the finance guy, Arturo, that changed his friendly attitude to be very dismissive of myself and my dad after we kindly made it clear we didn't want the finance guy, Arturo, that changed his friendly attitude to be very dismissive of myself and my dad after we kindly made it clear we didn't want to purchase his extended warranty. It was disappointing because everything was great until that point. Our salesman, Chris Watkins, was not pushy as you may usually expect and this dealership worked with us to get me a deal I was very happy with on the car I wanted. The wait to actually receive my car after purchasing took way longer than expected (about 30 min). I would not mind buying from this dealership again, but I would prefer to work with a different person in their financing department. Just because Arturo wasn't going to make a sale on the warranty or make any money on interest is no reason to not be friendly and courteous. Arturo needs more training on how to work with customers. More
