He respected my preferred method of contact, text and when I contacted him he replied quickly. The entire process from initial contact to out the door was less than a week. I got the car and trim I wanted and even my first choice of color. Since I have taken the car home I have contacted him several times and he has answered my questions and followed up about how I was doing. Ramon is a great ambassador for Subaru and I plan to recommend him and this dealership without hesitation. More
