Outstanding and undoubtedly the best car buying experience! I contacted this dealer through their website after not having so great car shopping experience at other dealer. First of all, Cameron emailed me with I contacted this dealer through their website after not having so great car shopping experience at other dealer. First of all, Cameron emailed me with the most reasonable offer along with MSRP, invoice price and Grand Subaru price. Also, additional charges like doc fee and title/license costs were mentioned in clear words. When I went there, we met Vee and everything after that, was just an awesome journey. She demoed us the Forester Touring model- exactly what we were looking for, and even I could test drive the same model. I was amazed with her thoroughness and attention to detail when she explained every minute feature of Touring trim. Since this was my first car buying experience, I was prepared for hard selling, aggressive sales/marketing pitch and what not. However, I was so surprised with such a positive, no pressure car buying experience with Vee. She made sure I understood every factor in the overall process and even once waited for us when I and my wife were playing Fussball :) When I finalized the deal, she and Cameron made sure I get the exact model in desired color and within promised time line. Kudos to you guys!! Next, Brandon Metz from finance was amazing. He was undoubtedly accurate and flawless with all the numbers and explained us all the paperwork nicely (even though it was getting late). To summarize, I was skeptical about dealers after hearing so many bad experiences from my friends, but I am so glad that I came here and everything there after was just a cakewalk. Such a pleasant experience! I would highly recommend Vee to anyone who wants hassle free car buying experience. More
