Respectful, Honest, Professional Experience I could write a long story about how my purchase of a Subaru Forester took place but I am asked to keep it to a minimum. The short story is that I worked with Jeff Schade at GRAND for over a year. He searched high and low for me for that period of time for 'just what I was looking for'. At one point, I had to tell him to close my case since I didn't think I was going to have the funding necessary for a purchase. About a month after I told him to close my case...( one year later ) I came into the funding necessary for a new used Subie. And lo and behold, Jeff reached out to me, (unbeknownst to him of my funding extravaganza...) He sent me yet another email with a beautiful Sage Green ( My favorite color ) used Subie for exactly the price I could afford. So even though I told Jeff to close my case... he respectfully, professionally reached out to me once again. The timing was a match made in heaven. So after about a year of looking and hoping and praying... I am now the proud owner of a Sage Green Forester with a most awesome moon roof. Its a dream come true. Jeff has been completely professional and honest. He was never pushy. He always reached out to me in a respectful and kind manner. I hope to buy a new Subie from him in the future! Go Jeff !
