Trace was very helpful to us when we were looking for a used forester. He set up a test drive for us and was patient with us throughout the process, answering all of our questions. I have gone through the car-buying process quite a few times over the past 45 years, and I can say without reservation that working with Jeff Schade t I have gone through the car-buying process quite a few times over the past 45 years, and I can say without reservation that working with Jeff Schade to buy a new Subaru for my wife was the most pleasant and least stressful car purchase I have ever experienced. I was quoted a fair Internet price for the car my wife wanted, Jeff made sure that we were offered an acceptable amount for our trade-in, and there were absolutely no instances of "let me go check with the sales manager about that!" Unlike many of my previous experiences over the years at other dealerships, at no point in the process did I feel pressured or that anyone was trying to take advantage of me. I highly recommend this dealership, and Jeff Schade in particular. More

This is the 4th Subaru we have owned and the second from Grand. I am in my 60s and have purchased many cars and trucks and I have to say that this was the most low pressure sales approach ever. Business Manager I am from out of state and bought the car based on having test drove the car in my home state. I planned to leave for Arizona in 3 weeks. The deal w I am from out of state and bought the car based on having test drove the car in my home state. I planned to leave for Arizona in 3 weeks. The deal was agreed upon at 3:35. At 4:55 p.m. I got to see the business manager who informed me I couldn't get the title for 3 weeks due to the state of Illinois. I just couldn't believe an out of stater had to wait 3 weeks before receiving the title. I received the title in one week from the dealership. The business manager was wrong. Stressful situation due to being mislead. More
