He was honest, straightforward, and respectful of our time—no pressure, no gimmicks, just clear communication throughout. That made a huge difference and is not something you always find at dealerships. The finance portion was just as smooth. Sandy Cuttone was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. The entire process was low-pressure and well explained, which made what is usually the most stressful part of buying a car surprisingly pleasant.
