2018 Subaru WRX LTD Issue with headlight freezing, building up while driving when it is snowing. not suitable for long driving or out of state especially when it is snow Issue with headlight freezing, building up while driving when it is snowing. not suitable for long driving or out of state especially when it is snowing (i mean not even continuous snowing). Very dangerous so do not ever do that. Gas tank keeps freezing, again when it snows, just a little cold temp outside and it always happens every time. Very inconvenient and unreliable as you have to fix that before you can put gas. Snows build up underneath. This snow should clear up or melted away already as the car's been driven 40 miles 2 way already. I have 2 2004 cars and one is a 2005 Subaru STI and never experienced any of this issue with the WRX LTD. Contacted dealer when it happened a month after driving it in October and was just advised to just pour water or use credit card to take out the ice build up around the gas cap..For the headlights i can figure that out because it is all LED and it was flushed inside and not mounted so this should be recalled and fixed. It just like the stop light here in illinois that they have so much issues when they all get replaced with LED. Not enough heat to melt the freezing snow (snow and wind), it caused accident because drivers could not just see it. Dealer is hopeless so I wrote Subaru like 5 times already about this all they said is check with the Dealer??? They are both incompetent dealing with the customers once you purchased the car but they will answer all your questions when you are still buying it...just buy something else, for reliability I have a 2004 Subaru STI and a 2004 Toyota Sienna LXE LTD AWD that are still on the road. Probably cars built in the past last long than newer ones. I'll trade this overpriced car and will just start leasing...or wait for another year till issues will come out then decide to buy... More

Great experience Will was very helpful to my wife and I. We came in to see another sales person but he had not been able to get there by there time we arrived so Will Will was very helpful to my wife and I. We came in to see another sales person but he had not been able to get there by there time we arrived so Will asked to help us. It had snowed that morning and the car we were interested in was completely covered in snow and ice. Will took the car back and hosed off all of there ice and snow so we could look at it. He was polite and very low pressure which I appreciated. More

We had the pleasure of working with Cameron on our new outback purchase over the last 2 weeks. Kudos to you guys down there, I kept seeing the same thing on Reddit and all the various Subaru forums “go to outback purchase over the last 2 weeks. Kudos to you guys down there, I kept seeing the same thing on Reddit and all the various Subaru forums “go to Grand in Illinois” needless to say I was very very pleased with the service he provided. We went to several dealerships in Wisconsin (where we are from) and it was a constant hassle, screw around, and game playing at every turn. Cameron was great, no bs, and he gave us the best quote (that we received) on the very first email. No games, “no when can you come in for a test drive” none of that. I appreciate that he took the time to help me, without giving me the typical “stealership” approach. We also ran into a hiccup with the original car we wanted and he went out of his way to secure a car from a different dealership. Anyways the service he provided was a 5/5 no doubt and when it comes time for me to replace my car I know who I’ll be calling. We had a great experience, and it was much less painful that I expected it would be. More

And he quoted a price in the email that was lower than we had seen elsewhere. Cameron took a long time explaining all the features on the car and how they worked. We had a 2004 Forester, so weren't familiar with all the new technology. He then let us take the car out for a test drive on our own. A salesman at another dealer we first went to, did none of this. Cameron explained the different types of financing and offered warrantee and additional protection plans, but when we declined them, he didn't give us the hard pressure sell like others have. We feel like we got a good deal on a great car with minimum hassle. More
