I mainly dealt with Nealy Anderson, and she was very prompt, informative, honest, and encouraging but ne My experience at Grand Subaru was excellent! I mainly dealt with Nealy Anderson, and she was very prompt, informative, honest, and encouraging but never pushing! She was also very personable and conversational! One morning, she even emailed me while I was still sleeping. I didn't expect that, but that's going above and beyond for customers! Brandon discussed the financing details, and he was very straightforward and upfront! When I first went to the dealership, Trace was the first one who greeted, and he called in Nealy to meet with me after checking that she was my sales consultant (initially by email). Sandy, who manages the online sales group, was always checking in with me but never pushing either, and she recognizes the value that Nealy brings to Grand. Aura got me quickly and comfortably acquainted with my new car. I am very happy with my purchase and experience at Grand! This is a relatively young dealership. I highly recommend it! More

Nealy Anderson replied (on a Sunday night, no less!) with a quote. We called her, put down our $500 deposit, and went ahead with the deal. At closing, there were no questions or haggling on the price or the car: We got the exact car we wanted at the price that Nealy quoted us. This is the way car buying should be. Up front and honest. We definitely recommend these folks, and Nealy specifically as a sales person. More

Matt was great to deal with I went to another Subaru dealership that was closer to my house and ended up walking out because the sales manager was bad. I still wanted a Subaru h I went to another Subaru dealership that was closer to my house and ended up walking out because the sales manager was bad. I still wanted a Subaru however and figured I would try Grand. Well I made the right choice Matt was great. He took the time to show us the inventory they had, then was able to get right down to business to get the deal done. Didn't have to go through the run around like at the other Subaru dealer. It was a pleasure to work with Matt and the staff at Grand Subaru. I just recommended my neighbor to stop by there because he wants a Subaru also. GREAT JOB MATT! More
