He took the time to show us the inventory they had, then was able to get right down to business to get the deal done. Didn't have to go through the run around like at the other Subaru dealer. It was a pleasure to work with Matt and the staff at Grand Subaru. I just recommended my neighbor to stop by there because he wants a Subaru also. GREAT JOB MATT! More

The first two were based on proximity, but the third (Bensenville) was because of Nealy Anderson, the Internet Sales Manager. Not only did she work to get the best possible price on a new 2020 Subaru Ascent Limited, but she was empathetic to every question and concern my wife and I had. I don't know if it's because women are more nurturing by nature or that she is just a better salesperson (probably the perfect combo), but Nealy never once fell into the "stereotypical car salesman" role. Every other salesperson (all dudes) we spoke said some version of the stereotypical "What do I have to do to sell you a car today?" We felt constantly pushed, while Nealy realized that buying a car is a HUGE purchase for most people and it is not a quick and easy decision. Nealy learned about us as people, parents, and consumers and wanted to make sure we were comfortable with every step in the process. She followed through on everything. We love the car, but wouldn't have been able to love it as much if we bought it from someone else. Besides Nealy Anderson, the Bensenville Subaru was absolutely the best of the three dealerships we visited. The waiting room was great with comfortable seating, free beverages, and foosball and arcade games for the kids. The showroom was clean and well organized. And every employee was welcoming and helpful. Brandon, the business manager, was great. He did NOT push anything financial on us. He simply explained our options and if we declined...he moved on. If we had questions...he answered them. He and Nealy understood our family situation, how often we drove, and what would be best for us and our checking account. Overall, I would recommend Subaru in general, Bensenville Subaru more specifically, and if you get the chance...inquire about a car online and I hope you get to work with Nealy Anderson. More
