When looking for a new car, we wanted an Outback. Our local dealers were nice, but the price just wasn't where we wanted. I started searching online on some Outback forums, and 'Grand Subaru' kept coming up as a great dealership with fair prices. So, I took a leap and asked for an online price, knowing full well that I would never go to Chicago for a new car all the way from South Carolina. To my surprise, Nicole emailed back with an unbelievable (and fair!) price for a new 2019 Outback. After talking with Nicole, I knew that Grand was the real deal. I convinced my wife that a one way flight to Chicago was a great idea to save a few thousand dollars (it really was!) Nicole even worked with our tight timeline (we were without a car due to an accident) by securing the exact car we wanted with a dealer trade! When I arrived at Grand, I was welcomed with cup of coffee and a very streamlined buying process. Everyone at the dealership was awesome to work with, with no pressure to buy any add-ons or services (they were offered, sure, but a 'no' was accepted with a smile!) It was a great buying experience all around. I won't hesitate to buy my next car from Grand, even if it is 750 miles from home! More

Worst experience ever. While test driving many vehicles that day one if which was an STI that I had to use a dirty shop rag as the shift knob because the salesman had stated While test driving many vehicles that day one if which was an STI that I had to use a dirty shop rag as the shift knob because the salesman had stated 'Wow someone must have stolen the shift knob' There are a few things, when I was looking at the car I was told everything was in the vehicle to attach the roof racks in the trunk. I was missing half if the screws that costed me 40 dollars. Second I was promised 1/2 a tank of gas because you came down on the price about 100$. I received roughly 1/8th of a tank. Then I got about 20 miles from my home and the check engine light came on for 'AVCS timing too advanced. I took my car in to have the wheels rebalanced at a Subaru dealer closers to me because there was a shake when I was driving 1 of the rims has a very large crack in it and the other 3 are bent. . I was overall very dissatisfied with my experience and unpleased with the work that was done with this vehicle prior to sale. I understand that I chose to buy a used vehicle but the amount if things overlooked has became an issue to me and costing me much more than intended for having the car for 2 weeks. It was not just a few little things it was many and a very horrible experience. It is quite appalling that a car was sold in the shape it was. I reached out to the sales people about the roof rack screws and the check engine light and there was no follow up. They also told me they 'would have never sold a vehicle with damaged anything' I called and emailed the general manager and got no response. Thank you. More

That was before I was told about Grand Subaru and internet purchasing. From the beginning to the end, Nealy Anderson made the entire car buying process seamless. My lease in NJ was coming up and I had to make a decision with regard to purchasing my leased vehicle or a new 2019. Once I began dealing with Grand Subaru and Nealy, I knew they were better. I also contacted dealers in Connecticut and Colorado, however, no one could match Grand Subaru with either the cost of the vehicle or customer service. Grand (and Nealy) made it clear from the beginning that they really cared! I went from leasing to purchasing from Grand and I could not be happier. Thank you all for a VERY easy car buying experience! More
First Subaru experience - Was not dissapointed! I scheduled an appointment with Lou to view a new Subaru but decided to come in a day earlier. There was a small hiccup where the car we requested to view had been sold but we weren't made aware of it but it ended being a good sign as my wife wouldn't have been convinced on the car if Lou didn't show us a higher trim. So the car being sold ended up being a blessing in disguise. Everyone at Grand was very friendly and welcoming. We brought our 3 year old with us and she did not want to leave! Brandon and Lou made the process of leasing our car a breeze. We will definitely be coming back. More

Her prices were also better than the rest, and she was willing to work with me to get a final price that I was comfortable with. So I visited in person, test drove my ideal car, and got all of my questions answered. Afiza was personable, knowledgeable, and fair. Never did I feel like I was being taken advantage of or pressured into something I didn't want. She helped me get the best value for my trade-in, and explained the entire leasing process, since it was my first time leasing a new car. I drove out of the dealership very satisfied and very excited in my new Forester! Thank you, Afiza! More
