The car I bought was not brand new, or expensive by their standards, but I feel like kiril and Matt treated me respectfully at every part of the transaction, which has not been my experience other places! First NEW Car I purchased my first NEW car through Grand Subaru about a week ago, and had a very pleasant experience dealing with the staff. I haven't been through I purchased my first NEW car through Grand Subaru about a week ago, and had a very pleasant experience dealing with the staff. I haven't been through the car buying process for about 12 years, so I walking into it assuming that it was going to be rather daunting and irritating. However, they used a consultative approach and did not hard press any products, or unneeded options like other dealers have in the past. They simply let me know about my options, and cost-savings opportunities, and set me up with the best package based on my needs and budget. All options and features were explained in a clear and concise manner, by both Sandy and Al. They did an excellent job taking car of me overall. The only negative was that the particular make, edition, and color Crosstrek that I wanted was not in stock and they ended up having to have it shipped from another dealer location. The process took a little longer than I would've liked, but it was not the direct fault of the staff members, and rather just the reality of the situation... I would recommend Grand Suburu, and Sandy Cuttone if you are in the market for a car. Overall a 5/5 experience. More

Great attitude I came in after my car had been totaled. It was my first time buying a new car, so I was a little nervous. Coming from a technical field, I had a LOT of questions, but Michael was happy to jump through hoops to get me the information that I wanted. Grand Subaru seems to be a positive environment to work, as everyone was very friendly to everyone. They also make redeeming their many perks (such as free car washes over the lifetime of the car) straightforward. By the end of it all, I had a new BRZ and a new relationship with a great dealership. I would recommend these guys, and Michael in particular, to anyone. More

Honest people It's my first time buying a car and I did my research. I emailed a lot of dealerships and this place gave me a quote that was better than every other dealership in Illinois/Wisconsin area. I bought 2018 outback 2.5i for quoted price of ~26500 dollars. Eiverything went smoothly. Nealy was a great agent. She was pleasant and didn't try to sell me extras and didn't pressure me into buying stuff i don't need. Anyway As I was driving home to Wisconsin, I looked at the paper work and noticed that the sale price was two thousands more than what was quoted. I already signed the papers. I was angry at myself and wife for getting duped, so to speak. next day I call the dealership and they immediately corrected it. I suppose they could have xxxxxxxxx me and keep the monies as I already sign the sale papers. Will be coming back for my next car. More
