Their customer service was exceptional and had our car ready rather quickly. Their team worked together seamlessly and we were on the road home with our new to us car in no time. Nicole was very helpful in getting us vehicles to test drive and expedited the process by having most of our paperwork started before we got there. We even got lunch in the lounge and were able to see their rare signature edition and Forester STI downstairs. What a fun trip and even better deal on our purchase. A New Experience and A New Car Like everyone else in the market for a new car, I had to get mentally and physically prepared to spend hours at a time talking to salesmen, then they Like everyone else in the market for a new car, I had to get mentally and physically prepared to spend hours at a time talking to salesmen, then they would get somebody else to wear you down further. Until a sale was made. Sandy told me there is a new way of buying cars and of course I was apprehensive, thinking it was part of the sales pitch we are accustomed too. I told her it wasn’t a new way it was a different way. Sandy found out what I needed and wanted and she partner e with me to get it. All the while I was waiting for the hammer to drop. It never did. It has now been a month and I am still amazed at smooth it could have been if I wasn’t so defensive. I believe Sandy is the person to break that car salesman stereo type.
