My car was delivered way ahead of schedule and Brianna was very proactive in getting my vehicle inspected so I could come into the dealership right away to pick it up. This was very much appreciated since I had just sold my old vehicle just 2 days before and was sharing my husband’s car. Honestly, I have never had a better car buying experience! Best car buying experience ever! I just picked up my 4th Outback and it just keeps getting better. My wife is picking up her new Crosstrek in a few week, also her 4th Subaru. The inte I just picked up my 4th Outback and it just keeps getting better. My wife is picking up her new Crosstrek in a few week, also her 4th Subaru. The internet selling through Brianna was a great experience - she's organized, friendly and does just the right amount of communication. Even though it was my 4th Outback, Brianna spent over half an hour walking me through all the new features, including setup. Grand Subaru is THE place to buy a Subaru I just upgraded a 2015 Outback (purchased at Grand) to a 2018 Outback. While I obviously like the dealership, Nicole Iacullo is just plain awesome.
