She had the car that I had asked for ready for me in what seemed like no time. The car was exactly what I wanted, and completing the offer for my trade in and the financing for the new car was outstanding. They quotes us the lowest price online (in an online comparison of regional Subaru dealers' quotes on the same car). Dealing with her online, she was by far the clearest and most complete communicator of the five or six dealers we communicated with. Whereas others dashed off quick text replies, Nicole always gave us enough info that we did not feel obliged to ask more questions (which was the case with the other dealers). Even though a couple of the other dealers were willing to match her quote, we decided to go with her, and this was not a mistake. Though we had to wait longer at the dealership than planned (due to a fluke that was not Nicole's doing), there was enough entertainment at the dealership to make the waiting pleasant (foos ball machine, old style video games etc). Our car was as described and there was no fussing re what we had agreed to online. A smooth transaction...and Nicole went the extra mile for us even post-sale (when we realized the dealership had not drilled holes to install a front plate and grumbled that it was a long way to drive back to get this done, Nicole rushed us new plate frames and attachers and cleared our gettting the work done at the closest dealership)...Not everyone would do that post-sale and we are appreciativel. We'll buy from this dealership again. More

Most want you to send the other dealers quotes first before they would even consider matching. Brianna answered all my questions and quoted vehicle price via email prior to arriving at dealership. We made an appointment on Saturday at 9am and Brianna was waiting for us. My husband decided he wanted to test drive a different car - no problem. Brianna was very knowledgeable, professional and has a great sense of humor. She definitely made the dreaded car purchase go smoothly and quickly.
