Very helpful moving us through sales process, demonstrating features of new Outback and getting us out the door as fast as possible while covering essential info. Only negative for us (and why dealer isn't getting 5 stars) was that after all going so well, it all bogged down with the finance guy, whose only role (since we paid cash) was to make us wait 30 mins to soften us up, and then in a closed door room keep trying to sell us extended warranty we said we didn't want, delaying conclusion of our deal and resulted in ending our experience on a negative note. It's such an old school, un-customer friendly approach, a throwback to the last century. More

Given the multiple dealerships and sales people I have encountered on my quest for my vehicle, it was like a breath of fresh air on the summit of a gr Given the multiple dealerships and sales people I have encountered on my quest for my vehicle, it was like a breath of fresh air on the summit of a green carpeted evergreen mountain an experience that was smooth sailing especially with the help and knowledge of my salesperson Nicole Iacullo. From day one, Nicole met all my wishes and delivered her word to get the Outback I desired by noon. That same day I reserved the Outback and the following day I was cruising. As far as the dealership, I felt a sense of family and friendly environment as though I walked in a neighborhood bar and everyone new my name. I will be a returning customer as my lease is for 36 months and I'm hoping that Nicole will be my salesperson again.
