Sandy Cuttone responded quickly, and with the lowest quote. She was accessible and responsive without being pushy. She located my car and got it to the dealership as scheduled, and it was prepped and ready for me when I got there. Even the financial transaction with Al Hassan, which is usually the worst part of the entire process, wasn't too bad. (It helped that he was a big Hawks fan.) The only reason I didn't give five stars is because of the usual dealer add-ons that were offered at the time of sale (extended warranty, clear coat, door guards, etc.), which is a nuisance. I would recommend Grand Subaru and Sandy Cuttone. More

(Which was one reason why I was a bit afraid to walk into a dealership from stories I've heard about other dealerships) When the day came that I was picking up my brand New Subaru the process was much quicker than I expected. Sandy wanted me enjoying my new car as soon as possible and I had no complaints about that because I was so stoked about my new car!
