After multiple contacts with Nicole since Dec. 2016, I visited the dealer for the third week of January 2017 and got delivered the car a week later. I'd already decided to buy the Subaru Outback from her before I first visit the dealer. For your information, I visited two dealers close to us in early December 2016 but did not go back there again because I generally focus my attention to the key contact person who handles customers (in my case, both me and my wife) with a great care.
