However, Chris Czaja was very helpful in finding options based on my initial Internet inquiry. When the right car was found and delivered to the dealer, everything went very smoothly. Chris spent a good deal of time going over everything, explaining features, etc. At no time was I hurried through the process. First time internet shopping for a car I had never attempted to car shop via internet inquiries before. I was put into contact with Sandy Cuttone, the internet sales manager. She quickly was able to give us quotes on two Outbacks we were looking at and set up a day/time to visit the dealership for a test drive. Sandy was great during the whole process and made it pretty painless, even by car buying standards! We are very happy with our purchase and having made the decision to go to Grand Subaru. More

On July 16,2016, I dropped my 2014 S They should rename the place "Grand Suckaru" Poor vehicle service. Poor customer service. Poor management. On July 16,2016, I dropped my 2014 Subaru Forester (34,400 miles) off for the 30K Mile service. This service is a major service and costs around $500.00. I also requested that my vehicle be cleaned, waxed, and vacuumed, for an additional$125.00. 3 hours after I dropped off my car, the dealership calls and tries to sell me on $1000.00 in additional "repairs". Some items of which should be included in the 36K mile warranty. The service department at Grand Subaru refused to repair the following items: 1. Child-safe door lock does not function-unlatch. (Driver's side) 2. Brake lights are not working properly 3. Windshield wipers are worn out 4. Vehicle alignment 5. Battery test/replacement (I recently received a notice because it is recalled!) After repeated discussions with the service Dept (Anthony) and the manager (Ryan Drone); They refused to honor the vehicle warranty. I paid $500.00 for the 30K mile service, and was the car was given back to me dirtier than when I dropped it off. It had grease marks on the hood and steering wheel, and the service department didn't even attempt to clean the vehicle. I received very poor service and feel offended that the dealership not only will not honor their warranties, but also gave me back a filthy vehicle. More

Sandy kept in contact with me so that I had constant information on the vehicles I had told her that was of interest to me. The first time that I went out I called Sandy and told I would be in June 30th.. I and my grand niece who was with me were given outback for a test drive in which we were more than satisfied. That's all we needed to go and purchase the car.. The outback has been a fantastic car from the start. More

Car shopping made enjoyable. Nicole was over the top with her flexibility to fit into our schedule.
