Sandy is Great! Working with Sandy was a great experience. She kept in contact with us during a stressful period (holidays and a 1 year old!) but wasn't intrusive. Sandy's the Best ! I was going to see Sandy on Saturday 6/11/16 at 9am, to get a discount coupon, to purchase a sun shade, for my 2016 Legacy. The night before, I was ou I was going to see Sandy on Saturday 6/11/16 at 9am, to get a discount coupon, to purchase a sun shade, for my 2016 Legacy. The night before, I was out, and all of a sudden, my wife and I, could smell the coolant. I made it home, keeping a close eye on the temperature gauge. Saturday morning, I took a chance, and drove to Grand Subaru (about 6 miles), once again keeping a close eye the temperature gauge. I saw Anthony in the service department, and he asked if I wanted to wait, or leave the vehicle ? I said I'd leave it, as long as I could get a loaner. He said there was nothing available, because every loaner, was already reserved. So, Anthony suggested that I wait, because maybe, it might be a quick fix. So, while I was waiting, I went to see Sandy. I was telling her about my situation, and she said, "don't worry, if you have to leave your car, we will get you a car" ! I waited about 2 hours, when they found, that the radiator, did have a small leak. So, as promised, they rented a car for me, from Enterprise. I've never had to deal with an issue, such as this, but I thank Sandy for coming thru for me !! I do, highly recommend, Sandy, and Grand Subaru, if anyone is thinking of buying a Subaru !!! More
