When Grand opened I started going there for service, since we used to live in Elmhurst and still are in that area often. We live about 15 miles west. I met Joe Bednarek when I was a counselor at College of DuPage--a very nice and helpful young man. He has been my service contact for several years. I trust Joe to give me a fair deal, good service, and no unnecessary charges. When we were ready for another car (kept the Forester, traded in a Honda) I asked Joe to recommend a sales person. We met with Chris Czaja; very personable, straight forward, recognized our needs, did not rush us, was not pushy. We trusted him to give us the best "deal." Chris took time with us to be sure we understood everything. We did not even visit another Subaru dealer. We knew what we wanted before we went in to see Chris. Thanks for a good experience. More

At no point did they use the "good cop / bad cop" con of having to pull the manager into the discussion. For those of you who have experienced this it is usually an aggressive sell tactic. Grand Subaru, specifically Chris Czaja, made this an incredibly pleasant stress free and profitable experience. Yes, profitable. We were able to purchase a fully loaded Forester for $7,000.00 less than what we had been quoted by another dealership. This is how car buying should be. More
