I appreciate you telling your story and experience to everyone via social media and online review sites. I am sorry for the negative experience that you had as I have apologized to you numerous times while dealing with you on the phone when I was able to get a word in to you in between all the profanity you were using. I was expecting to see all these reviews as you threatened to do so if we did not do all your repairs for you at NO COST TO YOU. As we respect all Positive and Negative Criticism, we also respect honesty. The real story that you are not telling everyone is that like I explained to you numerous times, you car is not under warranty. Subaru gives every customer a 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty, which ever comes first. You bought your car over 3 years ago. On top of that, like I explained to you numerous times, even if your car was within the warranty requirements, the repairs/maintenances you needed are not covered under factory warranty. They are normal wear and tear type maintenance. As far as you claiming that we did not wash your car, you had come in to pick up the vehicle before we were finished working on the car. While you were in our Service Department trying to pick up the car we told you it would be a couple more minutes. In the meantime you were talking with our cashier, once again using profane language and causing problems. Trying to make less of a scene we had asked you specifically if you would like to wait a couple more minutes and get your car washed, or would you like to take it now without the wash. You elected to take the vehicle with NO car wash. And we never charged you for a complete detail. Like I said Bryan, I expected you to write reviews about us everywhere as you threatened to do so. I just wanted to make sure that everyone understands what really happened. I am not going to go as far as to telling everyone online the profanity you were using, the threats you were making, and the inexcusable language and nasty vocabulary you were expressing. My cashier does not deserve to have to come into her place of work and get treated the way you did and talked to the way you did. As everyone can read Grand Subaru’s Reviews, we are of the highest rated in the industry. Our reputation has made us the Largest Volume Subaru Dealership in the Central US Region.
