The staff was very friendly, but it was not a good experience. It was very difficult trying to work with the insurance company which did not work out correctly. That is not their fault but I was quoted one price and then the first bill came in over $1000 more than the quote, nobody had called me to tell me that there was gonna be a difference The inspection that I asked for was just the engine. They did a complete inspection taking my brakes and everything apart, which now are causing problems yes they needed to be replaced, but now they squeal and rub and are making the rotors need to be replaced. This was not a good experience. More

This young man tried to tell me i needed new brakes on my santa cruz with 34000 miles. Told me i had a hole in my brake rotor! Said he had pictures of it. When he showed me the pictures it was a 1/16 inch ru santa cruz with 34000 miles. Told me i had a hole in my brake rotor! Said he had pictures of it. When he showed me the pictures it was a 1/16 inch rust on outer rim of rotor where the pads don't touch. Said brakes would be 600 dollars. I still have paperwork showing his fraudulent assertion i needed brakes. Terrible dealer. Will never see me using Granite Hyundai! Does not speak well for Hyundai in general More
