I reached out multiple times to the service manager, trying to get him to call me back so I can figure out why my car would possibly need the same part twice within 20,000 miles of each other when I do trying to get him to call me back so I can figure out why my car would possibly need the same part twice within 20,000 miles of each other when I do absolutely no towing and when I finally got him on the phone. If I dropped the car, the appointment was in one day, if I needed to wait for the car it was one week out. I understand the rationale but not really very accommodating for the customer. Plus when I got there they said I could wait for it anyway. (32 mile round trip for me) I needed a part on order for one repair... estimated two week delivery! It's been 3 weeks and still no sign... Again, Sean was great... the rest was a little bumpy. More

This is my 2nd time leasing from Granite. Usually I get very good service but this time I waited 2 hours for an oil change, complimentary due to my lease. They even forgot I was there and had Usually I get very good service but this time I waited 2 hours for an oil change, complimentary due to my lease. They even forgot I was there and had little to no answer when I asked how long it’d be. Turns out they didn’t screw the cap of my oil tank correctly and the car leaked oil the whole next day! I had to go pay out of pocket for an oil change while out of town. It took 5 days for them to finally answer the phone, and I’m still waiting on reimbursement. Highly disappointed. More
