We are very sorry that we disappointed you and can understand why you feel the way you do. I want to assure you that when your vehicle was here on the 5th, it was a high priority and we took it very seriously. Our shop foreman performed the inspections and tests with the technician. It passed all of the inspections and testing. I spoke with the service manager at Autofair about the services they completed and they came up with the same results we did. I do not completely agree because Granite Subaru insisted on a theory of evaporation which is unreasonable (if true, I would have to add coolant every week!). Autofair Subaru went extra mile and suspected air bubbles in the coolant; replaced the coolant and did a through burp. The air bubbles could only have been introduced during the TCV replacement at Granite Subaru and the technician did not burp properly, not to mention leaving out a bolt uninstalled.
